Mid-green, oval pointed leaves, slightly wavy at the edges. white flowers. Delicious, pungent flavour, sharper (better!) than true oregano. Good winter performance as leaves will not turn black.




-Oregano is used in tomato sauces, with meats, fish, cheese, egg dishes, salads, cheeses, and with vegetables including tomatoes, zucchini, and green beans.



-It has a beneficial effect upon the digestive and respiratory systems and is also used to promote menstruation.
